New MA Course in Cancer Sciences

The University of Pavia will  offer a new, one year MA Course in Cancer Sciences starting in the academic year 2017/18. The Course aims to bring together fundamental advances in cancer biology, diagnosis and therapy, key psychological, ethical and legal issues, preventive policies and cancer economics. The Course is of interest to graduates in Science Course (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Psychology a Economics who seek a career in any area cancer research and aim to acquire an in depth and comprehensive vision of the disease and its control. The Course includes three blocks of lectures (Genes & Cells, Imaging &Therapy and Cancer, Individuals & Society) as well as practicals in selected modules.  Details of Course structure and admission procedures can be found here.
